I am back home for a week or so and decided to walk 3 blocks down hill to get to the Benedictine Palace and to get a drink.
Yes that is the front entrance of the factory and it is actually twice as big as I could not get either side of the building in the picture.
That being said if you go to the right side you can get into the museum store and then into their bar
After getting in I settled on a Monk Swizzle.
The space was nice but unfortunately they had to have that annoying music that clearly did not match the older crowd present on this gloomy Tuesday afternoon.

One of the weirdest presentations of a Negroni I‘ve seen in a long time. I have no visual proof but going by the noises (my back was to the Bar) and the consistance this Beauty was indeed shaken not stirred
