Nice early Seiko quartz! Glad to see folks are willing to put a leather band on and keep wearing these after the bracelets are worn out.
Citizen Weekender. The stock camo strap isn’t bad, but, I am looking forward to the Strapco leather racing band I ordered for it. Thanks to @Cal for the inspiration.

Thanks. I bought this watch second hand, the seller had put it on this strap, which I kept because of the uncommon color. I liked the watch enough to get the old beat up crystal replaced. Though it is old, it appears to be of higher quality than a modern Seiko quartz.
Date‘s off since it’s not quickset.

I’m a fan of tool watches that are used. A nice patina is a big plus IMO. If any watch can take a beating and still tell you the correct time, it’s the Speedy! As long as you remember to wind it, it just keeps on going.

Agree!!! Here is one that I’ve wanted for years from a local jeweler that I’ve purchased several Rolex from. He wants a ton of money for it but it is a 1960 model Speedy. Maybe someday.
