I bought this watch. Very little information. Some claim that they have a Hi-Beat movement with an electronic balance. I don't know how true the information is. Accuracy +1.5 minutes per month approximately. This is a very accurate watch for the 1970s. The arrow floats smoothly and does not twitch like with quartz movements.

I have a Hamilton Khaki Field King. I didn't like the leather band it came on so I switched it out with a crown and buckle US Mil Griege strap I don't think I ever noticed his watch. That was before I got into the hobby. So I see he had the black dial. That has been sitting in my Amazon cart since I got this one.
