Vegemite uses

Can a mod please delete this post as it is totally in bad taste.
Nobody mentioned it because it was a total flop. At home at least (or is it a spread version of Fosters - despised at home but quite successful elsewhere?)

How to spot an aussie abroad: they'll be ordering fosters to go with their cheese and vegemite toast, speaking like Steve Irwin, wearing RM Williams boots, moleskin jeans and an Akubra slouch hat.

This post will be in worse taste. Aussie cultural lesson #1, how to spot a bogan or westie :lol:

My brother scrubbed up well, walking into mum & dads' chipper!
We haven't changed much since then, even though Rage top 100 is long dead.

For me, Vegemite works just fine right there in the jar. There are very few foods that I've tried that I don't care for, but the Vegemite/Marmite family is near the top of that list.

I'll pretty much eat anything (courtesy my college cafeteria followed by Army mess halls), but I have to draw a line at Vegemite. It may be edible, but it sure isn't what I'd call food.

It's my boarding school days (food poisoned how many times?:mad3:) that really got me eating Vegemite.
Apparently "Vegemite on unbuttered toast" is an acceptable treatment regimen for food poisoning??
