that would be easy for me: Four.
a bit over 100 now, but soon to increase due to my love of IP Red Packs.
I just bought 100 Feathers and 100 Israeli Personnas that build on about 50 I have left from a couple different sample packs I bought when I first started... I see myself as being good in the blade arena for a long time... now soaps and creams on the other hand...

I got to thinking about how many blades I have and I'm not sure. I forget how many I have stashed at a relative's house for the several visits I make there every year.
Well over a lifetime.... it's difficult to say how many that would be, but I'd say I probably have enough to last me with a few left over to bequeath to my DE shaving brother.
I have accumulated between 270 and 300 in a variety of flavors!!!
Just ordered 200 more of Ylw 7oclock and Red IP.
Around 1800. In the last two years, Ive seen way too many DE items (esp blades) go the way of the dodo for me not to stock up on something when I like it, esp given how long the shelf life is on these things.

Ha ha - sorry - took me WAY too long (and too much $$!) to finally get my hands on those few!
They are now my "special occasion" blades. Pull them out for celebration type events - Holidays, birthdays, milestones reaches, etc......
Did you by any chance get them off eBay a month or so ago? There was a batch of 100 that went for a bit. Worth every penny, in my opinion.
I only have 30-40, so I shave with them only occasionally. I make do with other, lesser blades.
If I ever sponsor a NOS shave-off, the LB will be one of the blades.

I tend to give away a lot of little starter set to friends and family who express an interest in wet shaving. I never have less than two (2) one hundred packs of Derby's on hand, plus want ever else I'm trying, trading for, using, etc.. Today, somewhere between 300 to 400.
I'm slowly working through my first 100 IRPs.
I have at Least 5000, not a seller or trader either....generations of blades if I threw them away daily !!!!
