I shoved in a 24mm TGN silvertip grade A . Had to drill it out a little bit. Set the loft at 52mm.

No idea. But I love the design. That one will be a looker. I was initially looking for a 100w but got impatient and found this in a lot as well. I love the one you picked out too. I might start a small collection lol.

Oh and fwiw I was considering doing the next one in black badger. That would look sexy.

Agreed. There are not a ton I'm in love with.
I've narrowed down the manufacturing range to the mid to late '30's. They were $12/doz. wholesale.
That is a neat vintage handle. Looks pretty big, too.

Thanks guys. It is fairly large, and very hefty. I was shocked when I picked it up. Love the feel of it.
Very nice. I had a nearly identical one once (about 2/3 of the way down this page: http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php/114970-Share-Your-Restorations/page2 ) but I sold it on the BST to finance a Simpson. Kind of regret it now.
