Asking because of the payment issue with Rocnel.
I've tried purchasing from the US and his payment processing service won't work no matter what.

I've tried purchasing from the US and his payment processing service won't work no matter what.
I'm in Florida. Order was placed January 21st. Zero issues with payment.
Darn, I'm in Florida too, LOL!!
Maybe he fixed his system. I tried a couple months ago and was a mission
to pay due to all the issues. I went back and forth with him, my bank, etc.. and nothing!
In the end I gave up!

He's back to that weird pricing structure that he has that fluctuates prices
without any provocation. The Sailor I wanted a couple months ago is now over
$100 more, the Brass Elite which I bought last year is over $100 more
and the '23 Elite that I have is now like $400 more
Plus you have to also pay the super expensive shipping.
Absolutely nuts. Nope, No way!!
I'll stick to getting them from Bullgoose whenever they
get them in stock!

That's definitely not it!
The exchange rate with Turkey has been pretty much the same for a whole year!
And even if it wasn't, a $400 price increase wouldn't be justifiable in a period
of 6 months!

I don't remember if this is your first Sailor. I'll be interested in hearing about how you like it, and, if you have another or others, how it compares.
I'm sticking with my 2021 MC Sailor and my one brass Elite. The newest MC in titanium is a bit rich for my blood at a mere $1901.90. I was only willing to go to $1899.

Yep, it's my first!
I had 3 different Elite's and just sold the last one last week.
I'll be comparing the Sailor to the Tatara Muramasa adjustable which I also ordered this week. Hopefully they arrive within the same timeframe!
I almost bought a 2024 Sailor when they were first released but decided it would be too similar to my Ti Hybrid and passed. He's raised the price about $200 on the 2024 Sailor since release, and a lot on all of the others too. I just don't understand the big jumps in price. The brass elite has doubled in price! I can't see myself buying anything else there unless prices settle back down, or maybe a new release comes out with a good price.
I don't understand the price hikes either!
But I didn't have a choice this time around.
Months back (with the old price) I tried and
had the issues with his payment portal.
Now when it finally went through, the price was higher. But it's $100 more than when I had seen it a few months ago and I'll just deal with it.

And paying in Lira helped a bit too!
Possible tariffs looming is also a potential issue where I'm afraid they will eventually be applied to other countries.
I'm getting ahead now buying the high ticket stuff that I probably wouldn't buy with a tariff!
I beat the first one already:
My Wolfman WR3 arrived a few days ago and tariffs for Canada are supposed to go into effect on Tuesday!

I know what you mean, that's the same reason I finally pulled the trigger on the Stando before the price jumped or possible tariffs. Congrats on the WR3! I hope you enjoy the Sailor! I don't have a Sailor technically, but the Ti Hybrid is the same thing imho and I really like it. I think you'll like it.

I’m also waiting on a 2024 Sailor. I too had trouble with the payment system, but eventually managed to complete the purchase. I’m eager to compare it with the Ambassador, Muramasa and Osprey, all of which I already have.

I suspect all the Sailors are excellent, but only really know about the one I own.
Why'd you sell them?
That should be fun.
The Muramasa is a great razor for those of us who prefer razors on the mild side. I should use mine a lot more. My Sailor has excellent low end (mild) performance, too, but it's wildest settings are still very smooth feeling.
I'll be interested in how you experience these new razors.

The first one was the '22 and it never worked right for me, the second was the brass which was fine but not on my top of the list and the last was the '23 SS/Ti which was great but I sold it to fund other razors (like the Sailor!)
