I ended up skipping shaving on Thursday and had an early morning shave today so I am late posting!!
The only thing I tried from the box was the R41. Its a great razor. I am going to try it again tomorrow morning, but I am looking forward to trying a few of the soaps and brushes! @Luc I am going to pack up a few of the Bonanza blade for you to try with you blade trials and this will be one of them!!

Today's shave! All new to me stuff except for the blade and aftershave. I really liked the Booster after shave the last time I had the box so I had to give it a go again this time!
I meant to ask, what is the protocol for the tubs of soap? Is it ok if I load my brush from the tub and rinse/wipe the soap off when I send them on, or should I scoop some out?
Is that a knack? If so, woohoo!!

My opinion is that it would be best practice to cut or scoop out what you need and use that. For example, that's what I did when I took a piece of the RazoRock Gold shave stick. I prefer shaving creams (vs shaving soaps) when it comes to used products. However, if I really want to use a used shaving soap, that's what I would do.

For today's shave I tried the Chiseled Face soap and the GEM Feather Weight.
Its a really nice soap and the GEM is a great little shaver. I am going to use the GEM again tomorrow. Its really quite mild but does a great job for ATG. Hmm, I may need to find a razor to trade for this one unless @Luc you are looking to try this razor?

Forgot to mention the Reuzel, I dig that scent. Not one I could do everyday, but it's great when I do use it.
Ok, I think I get it now! I'll do my part to declutter it for @Luc !
It is one of the longer lasting aftershave scents that I have. My wife finds it a little strong at first but likes it after it mellows.

I have settled in to a few favourites! Ghost Town Barber for Halloween!! The R41 is a really nice razor and this Yaqi Silksmoke is fun brush to bowl lather with. The Mrs. likes Mountain Man by Stirling too!
