Razor: # Rockwell 6S Black, Silver, Red
Blade: Gillette Nacet, 1st use
Brush: Timeless Adjustable 20-28mm
Bowl: # Face Lather
Preshave: Viking Sandalwood Oil
Soap: Taylor Of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Cream
Aftershave: # Proraso Red Sandalwood Aftershave
Balm: Proraso Mixture Original-Sandalwood-Sensitive Balm
Additional Care: Alum Pierre D’Alun (France)
Additional Care: Thayer’s Witch Hazel
What a great birthday shave this morning! Used my new Gold Rockwell 6S (plate number 3) with a new Nacet blade. Some Viking sandalwood preshave, TOBS sandalwood face lather (had an excellent lather right from the jar to the face-perfect!), typical 2 pass shave WTG then XTG face and upper lip, ATG chin and lower lip, WTG neck then a couple touch ups. Alum applied and rinsed using cold water. Misted on Thayer’s, showered and Duke Cannon citrus face wash. Finished off with some Proraso Sandalwood aftershave balm and splash. No weepers or irritation. Excellent DFS+ shave, exactly what I was looking to achieve. 5/5 for me!
