It’s a fat handle Tech. Great razor when paired with the right blade for you (YMMV). Cannot offer much more information from your photos. Gillette sold millions of them, 1938-1950 according to the “Mr. Razor” website.

Most people consider it a mild shaver, but when paired with your favourite sharp blade it will deliver a beautiful BBS shave.

From the photo of the baseplate underside, it is certainly an English Flat Bottom Tech you have scored there.

Mismatched case and blades made over 12 years later, but this unique English Gillette design was made between 1946 and 1949. I have seen an example for the South American market dated as early as 1940.

With the US 'Pre-War' and the Canadian Pre-War (1938-41) the most aggressive and efficient Techs ever made IMO.
