Do not use often but when I need I need it.
Called tech support when over couple of problems.
Main one was ink use she,and after clearing clogged print head ink went low.
Lady helping me said no ink Dave mode except draft mode. Now the bomb drops she offer me Free Replacement Kid.
Like every senior I love free. Few days later I get first email of three.
Kit is sent in 3 packages over 4 days, one package has two colors, the other two have one each.
Reason they came from three warehouses.
Apparently Brother is about taking care of customers, even guy who uses product infrequently.
