Did anyone else get an email from FragranceX today telling them that the "stock was damaged" upon receipt of shipment and therefore they couldn't fullfill their order?

In the never-ending FragranceX saga, they still haven't refunded my money and after sending them another email on Saturday asking about the refund I just saw their response:
"Since you're an international customer outside the U.S. your order can take longer in customs--but it has been shipped."
Two problems with this:
(1) I'm not an overseas customer; and
(2) They already told me it wasn't going to be shipped and they cancelled my order.
This place is truly bad at what they do. By that, I mean they are horrible at (1) receivng shipments apparently; (2) tracking shipments and orders; (3) refunding money; and (4) reading comprehension. Seriously, horrible customer service.
