What an incredible shave! If I could only have one shaving cream (the horror!), I think I may have just found it! I just got my tub of custom Turkish Rose and Sandalwood Bomb in last night - absolutely stupendous! This stuff makes the SRD Rose Otto soap smell tame, and the lather it whipped up was nothing short of amazing! It felt like pure silk being swiped across my face as I lathered up, and the razor just slid through it leaving me BBS in two passes. This despite my intention to just do a quick shave... Color me impressed!

Great shaves being displayed early in the week! Thank you, gentlemen!​

Thanks David . The Ogallala post shave lineups are interesting animals. The AS are pretty subdued as far as alcohol content, but very very moisturizing with a bit of spicy after bite. The Cologne is better but still not quite up there yet. I still enjoy using all of them. Great products really.

It almost was, I had quite a productive day at work and had it not been for an instrument that gave me a bit of a hard time it would have been a really great day.
I yelled and threatened at the instrument, but it didn't help much - apart from me getting my frustrations out

Results: La Toja all the way baby . The question was which razor would go well with this unassumingly terrific soap

?!!! Why not the Fontana? I won this beauty on eBay some time ago (lucky find really) in perfect NOS condition. An INCREDIBLE shave to finish the first half (or start the second half...depending on your outlook on things) of the week. Super smooth and irritation free face

The second version of Dr K's shave soap arrived this morning so once again I'll be testing it out this week. After one use I can say that the difference between this version and the last is massive and in a very good way.

Nice shave.............though I don't want to sound like I'm complaining but.......I would much rather have the GFT Limes cream. The soap is more lemon than lime and more to the point has a lemony toilet cleaner smell about it (IMHO!) Also the Skin Food is running dangerously low! I must get a wee order phoned to Trumpers if only I can get it past the bank manager!
