This was the sixth and final shave with my Razor Rock GC -68p razor and PolSilver Super Iridium Blade. This was another close and smooth shave. The blade was starting to struggle by the final pass so I decided to move on. The boar brush easily loaded the soap and made a nice lather. A perfect shave. Have a wonderful day, folks.

February 12, 2025 Wednesday shave

Razor: 1965 Gillette Super Speed K4
Blade: Gillette Perma-Sharp (1)
Soap: Stirling Scots Pine Sheep sample
Brush: AP Shave Co. 24mm Pure Bliss SHD w/amber smoke handle
Bowl: Captain's Choice copper
Aftershave: Old Spice Original

I enjoyed using this 1965 Super Speed today. This was the second use, although I've had it for years. The shave was easy, super close and smooth.
The AP Shave Co. Pure Bliss brush is a favorite, along with the Scots Pine Sheep soap. It was a great shave!

I want to honor my brothers and sisters from Canada by using this Gillette Canadian SuperSpeed -- from 1952. The razor was actually manufactured in the UK but sold in Canada. Glad I didn't have to pay tariffs on the metal item when bringing it in from our northern neighbor. It provides a shave, even if quite mild and classic shaver. Soap? Who needs soap when you have such a great brush?

RazoRock Lupo Club - The Pack

Hello friends

Inclement heat. I appealed to the citrus aromas of MdC Agrumes, which produced an easy and abundant lather with the Semogue SOC Finest. I just received the two RazoRock Vintage Bar handles, the Thin and the Thick. I tried both with the Lupo 95 SB and chose the Thin for today. The Lupo 95 SB was much more balanced and agile. If it was already one of my favorite razors even with a heavy handle like the Super Knurl, with the Thin Bar it was splendid. I continue with my favorite blade, GSB (3). I finished with Pinaud Citrus Musk.

With us, the magical sound of Roy Hargrove.

Razor: RR GC 68P + wee Vintage Thin Handle
Blade: Super Iridium
Brush: wee Omega (Bambino)
Soap: Tabac
After: wee Tabac

For such a tiny brush can it ever whip up lather. Fun to face lather with it (make you feel like a giant!). Size doesn't matter, it's how you use it.
