Let’s see the shaving gear you were gifted over the holidays or stuff that you bought yourself that recently arrived. Many of us in Canada, Europe and other regions/Countries wait for annual December 26th Boxing Day sales, so let’s see any recent deals you pulled the trigger on.

Get a new razor for Christmas? New soap for Hanukka? New Brush for Kwanza? New soap or AS you bought yourself? Let’s see it. We want to see you incorporate your new stuff into a photo.

This isn’t only about the holidays… if you have something new you bought yourself, we want to see it! Maybe you overdid it New Years Eve and are a wee bit hungover enjoying Chinese takeout of a Bloody Mary/Caesar or three? Show us the food or drink, not your bloodshot eyes!

The razor was briefly refreshed on the 0.1um balsa and strop on the roo leather. The resulting edge was keen and smooth...nice!

Comments	I am starting the week with a different razor and blade combination. Next in my rotation is the Karve—Christopher Bradley razor in brass. I am using the C plate and loaded the razor with a PolSilver Super Iridium blade. The shave was perfect. The Kent BK8 Silvertip is no longer in production, and it did an excellent job of making plenty of lather with the Cella soap. There are not that many shaves left with the chunk of Cella. I have been using the soap for 46 days. It was a perfect BBS shave.

My maiden voyage with the Henson, and wow it is an impressive mild shave but more efficient than I thought. I have been searching for a mild razor that doesn’t feel dangerous around the thick stubble around goatee and this is it! With two day stubble I only needed one pass with touch up to get the results I like. Used Barbasol as I usually do when I use a new razor. I look forward to using the Henson more this week and beyond. Just right!
