Thank you very much, dear Paul. I'm glad you liked it. PdP soap reminds me a lot of MdC and I find it easy to lather with it, perhaps with MdC the lather is a little more abundant. I usually load the wet brush directly into the soap and then I start face lathering. There are soaps that offer more protection, but despite that, I really like both.

Pre shave oil/lotion/cream: prorasso white (w/ oatmeal and tea tree oil) pre shave cream
Soap/cream: A & E chasing the dragon shave soap. (Sample)^
Aftershave/tonic/lotion/balm: Ben Franklin aftershave tonic by Stirling soap co.

An ok shave. Nothing fancy. I’m reminded why I don’t like bowl lathering.

sorry to say I have nothing for Halloween. If anything comes close to being spooky, it’s not having the best shave of the day. Especially on Halloween. Hahaha.

^: I love dragons blood scent and CTD is great however I’m saddened that I did not have the best shave especially with a great scent like that! Haha
