Nice shave today taking off 2 days worth to start the month. The Year of the Dragon soap smells fantastic. Don't think I'll use the EDP every shave as it is quite strong so there will be some mixing and matching with my September SOTM.
Success in August with Pre de Provence Bergamot and Thyme.

Well I found myself searching on line for a woodsy fall type scent- more so than the HC&C Year of the Dragon SOTM I chose. Truth be told even though I like the YOTD soap, I think it turned out to be a bit much to stick with for a whole month- at least that's what I'm feeling right now. So I racked up a failure for this month. Nonetheless, on the plus side I had a great shave with Pre de Provence No. 63 which is really hitting the spot for a late summer/early fall scent.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've heard good things about SW. But actually I'm trying to just enjoy the 30 or so soaps/creams that I have. And as a member of GRUME trying to abstain from more purchases.
