Shaving is killing my lower back!

Before my surgery, my glasses would be about a foot from my face and I had to feel for them. Back then, I used my glasses to shave for sure. No problem with that.

For the Noobs -

Shaving with glasses may work for some of the experienced members here, but I highly recommend you stick with a Razor.

I have a cosmetic mirror just like the first one in the post by Phil. Used to shave with my reading glasses on but they fogged up and became an annoyance. Now I use the mirror to orient the razor in the general proximity of the area I wish to shave then proceed with caution by feel.

Why don't you use the mirror to do the full shave Ferengi?

One of the above listed extendable mirrors, which I used to use with great satisfaction, or possibly a couple dozen sit-ups in the morning? You won't believe what even very light exercise can accomplish...but the mirror is really a better solution methinks...

Best,

Boomer

I think the problem may not just be from shaving. I was having a sore back so I saw the physio and hey gave me some exercises. HTH
