What's new

Razorock question.

Just to clarify...

The packaging is normal. The artisan line use to be cut pieces (cut from a brick) and placed into a SMN jar.

We received a lot of emails with people thinking they soap was old and shrunk; they didn't realized it was a "cut piece". We choose an over-sized jar so the soap could be lathered right inside the jar.

We decided to change the packaging and get the soap poured and cured in a cella-type jar, so people wouldn't be confused. This worked, but many people complained they didn't like the cella-type jar, they said the opening (mouth) was too small and they wanted the diameter larger.

In the future, the artisan soaps will use the same jars as the "king of the castle" line

Joe, will the new packaging for the Artisan line remain at the 150ml size, or revert to the old 125ml size (current La Famiglia / KotC size)?

Thanks.
