I'd say an early Gillette single ring with an open comb is in order! And if you find it with a silver patina- leave it alone!

Very glad you like the NEW. I imprinted on British Gillettes right off the bat and I highly recommend either a rocket or rocket HD (if you like a heavier, fatter handle); I also like a milder shave.
The cheap and common little tech (British in my case...) was my first real revelation in shaving, though ... so dextrous ...

Once you try a Single Edge razor you will realize your collection is vastly incomplete!!

I love the NEW! I also have a single ring coming from an ebay mega-score!
That is Hilarious!!! Kids do like to emulate their elders!! Hopefully the kit comes complete with ingrown hairs and stick on rashes!!

I'd get the new Mühle head for your DE87, otherwise a great collection 
Well you haven't lived until you sit back and fire up a gold aristocrat of some vintage or other, make you feel like a million bucks to shave with one of these things, regards, bc
I was wondering where his Gold Aristocrat was, until I noticed something that really bothered me.
He has a blue tip without a red tip?!?!/
