Don't worry, we'll cover for you.

There's no such thins as BBS. It's a myth. Discuss.
I get BBS almost every time. If a razor won’t deliver it, I drop it from the rotation. I’ve retired my Krona and the Weishi 9306. The Krona couldn’t get there with a Lord blade; the Weishi couldn’t get there (or anywhere else) with ANY blade.

I retired my Schick L type not because it couldn’t achieve BBS (it could) but because it was unpleasant to use. The chrome-plated head didn’t glide through my lather as well as the old brass heads.

It seems to me that global warming protestors are the stupidest protesters of all.
I would agree :D but others can come close? maybe?

Mouse PLAGUE, you only need see one eighth of a mouse plague to realise a full blown mouse plague is horrendous!
Some pinky lefty doo gooder activist made the news headlines by saying "Awe please don't kill the cute little mices" Jeebus woman, get a grip on reality in a rural environment, you might think three mices are cute, but three hundred thousand are not!

I'm sure we are having an effect on climate, but still feel that the climate goes through the most profound changes naturally.

I like to remind people that the earth is estimated to be over 4 billion years old, and just over 10,000 years ago (not a long time ago in terms of the existence of the planet), the Midwest was covered with a glacier up to two miles thick...

...and it melted as the climate changed on it's own, with no adverse influence from mankind.

So, climate change DOES occur naturally.

No thanks. In retrospect I shouldn’t have mentioned it; it invites attacks from every kind of alarmist nut and I don’t have the time or energy to argue with them.
Sorry, I chose the wrong quote to reply to. But fair enough, that's certainly your prerogative. Robson's not an alarmist though. His weekly reports debunk the alarmism. Currently he is reporting from the the COP29 conference in Baku Azerbaijan. His last instalment noted the utter banality of the conference and the apparent lack of urgency on the part of the drivers of the climate change charge compared to the level of alarm that they claim.

Funny that petroleum haters would convene in one of the oil capitals of the world. Here’s hoping the US pulls out of this silliness.

Approximately 10,000 years ago, the world’s population is estimated to have been around 5 to 10 million people. The primary factor that contributed to the significant population growth after 10,000 years ago was the development of agriculture, also known as the "Neolithic Revolution," which allowed humans to transition from a hunter-gatherer lifestyle to settled farming, providing a more reliable and abundant food supply, leading to increased birth rates and decreased death rates due to improved nutrition and stable living conditions.

More people, more agriculture, more cow farts... the glaciers never stood a chance. :)

I scanned the latest posts and I continue to be amazed that so many folks wander aimlessly through the shaving universe when a Schick injector (particularly the E, G or J) would provide them effortless BBS shaves everytime. Pick up a Schick injector and your quest will be over.
Not if you are in Europe. Injector blades are not available here. And ordering from the US or Japan costs an arm and a leg. Actually two arms and two legs.

If everyone used a Schick injector with Chick blades there would be nothing to discuss on B&B
I've got a couple with those blades and I've got plenty to talk about on B&B! 🤣
I know you like them and to each it's own but it's nowhere near my other razors that I use.
Also, life would be boring that way!
