Proraso shave soap question

Thanks a lot for all the replies guys. I just got a new E&J Best Badger Brush and used it to face lather with this soap. I have to say that I love this soap!

But my question is this, I just opened it for the first time and it looks like in the picture. Is this how they come new or could someone have used it? Sorry for being a little paranoid.

I think it looks like that when it's older. I opened an unused tub of Proraso this morning which I had stored for more than a year and it also looked kind of 'collapsed'. It didn't affect the shave in any way, so I wouldn't worry about it.
