Maybe they aren't replacing it with a new formula, but a centuries old formula that they dug up from the crypts of their factory (what factory doesn't have crypts? My business went under because my dog ate all of the Proraso (killing him), and then to top it off, people showed up with pitchforks, and torches accusing me of animal cruelty!! Who knew dogs were madly attracted to the smell of sandalwood, and menthol??
So now I am broke, and my dogs dead too....think I will start writing country music for a living (if my wife leaves me, taking my truck with her, my world of suck will be complete)!!
But on the bright side, the dog carcass really smells wonderful.
So seriously, is the new product Sandalwood + menthol? Or just Sandalwood?

Well now you got me thinking. OK they say no new formula. But the original formula has addetives that make your face feel cool. So if the original formulation is going to be used then it will be a cooling sandalwood cream.

Which drugstores in this country of ours has Proraso for sale??? I've never seen Proraso for sale in a drugstore in Canada. Can you enlighten my curiosity?
Shopper's Drug Marts tend to carry the line, in Alberta at least. I don't know about the rest of the country.
But will they carry the REFORMULATED* brand?

I live in Ontario. I have yet to see a SDM that did not sell most, if not all of the Proraso line.
Alright so we will be looking forward to a menthol sandalwood and all other proraso reformulated with Teflon added for ultimate slickness on the face!

i'm looking forward to the new ASB's....i love the alcohol free sensitive and wouldn't mind adding another version.
Damn straight. I am looking forward to the aloe and vitamin C. Plus, I am almost done my tube of original. I don't know whether to get another tube or try a tub. Decisions decisions.

Altair touched on something that's been bugging me since I started reading and laughing at this thread about an hour ago. If they're adding sandalwood to the formula, wouldn't they take out the cooling ingredients? I don't know how a sandalwood/menthol would work. I'm NOT trying to stir the pot here, just a thought. I gotta say that I'm a sucker for Proraso, so I can't wait for the new line!
Any idea when this can be expected to hit the shelves? I'm getting reacquainted with Proraso after a bit of a sabbatical and would love to give it a shot
Marco mentioned in a thread in the General Shaving Discussion Forum (he received the new Proraso Green) that he thought he'd receive the new scents in April/May. Now, since he's in Italy I'm assuming it would be some months after then that we'd receive in North America
