Proraso Red comes in at 8th place out of 14 because of irritation

I've been using Proraso red now for a week straight, no issues at all with irritation, I use it with the red aftershave splash though, and my face feels alot better when using that compared to other brands of aftershaves.

We all react differently to soaps and such. I'm glad that Proraso Red works better for you than it did for me.

Last day, I bought a moisturizing cream from a well-known (and not cheap) ecological brand. The cream is said to be "for sensitive skin", and without fragrance. It still burned me.
Mitchell´s Woolfat burns me too. So I believed to be allergic to lanolin. However, last day I tried a new bar soap with lanolin and I was okay.

Every guy is different in how a soap performs. I feel that 100 shavers would get 100 different results. A lot of work has gone into this and similar exercise on blades which I recall seeing, but they can be a guide only.
