GIVEAWAY! Pre-War Tech

Good morning everyone.

I am PIFing a Gillette Pre-War Tech. I have two and only need one.

I would like it to go to someone who hasn’t owned a Pre-War already. However, that isn’t a requirement, but only a suggestion.

Open to CONUS addresses only please and I will cover USPS shipping.

It is in great shape with only a few marks on the top of the top plate. Shaves great of course.

I will select the winner at random on Wednesday, March 5 at 9:00 a.m. Michigan time. The winner will have the razor in time to participate in Vintage April.

Sorry to bother, but I am confused as to what defines a Pre War Tech. I have this one, does the handle define it? thank you!

It’s my understanding that the triangle lather holes identify it as a pre-war tech.

I thought I had a prewar, but it turns out mine is a ball end post war (all brass no Gillette logo on cap). I’m not in because I’m favoring the slim at the moment. In theory, I think I am going to like my beloved postwar tech more anyway(possibly better blade support). That prewar looks like a gorgeous razor though and maybe one day I’ll try a prewar.
