I dimly remember seeing No. 4 in shops back in the days. My stock consists solely of the last iteration No. 5.

Excellent down thru the history, @malocchio!! I discovered Palmolive Sticks with #5. Unfortunately, I found it too late and only obtained 1 stick. My wife remarked that her dad used Palmolive Stick for his shaving.

I think 6 different countries manufactured the stick , now there is none .

@malocchio curious, did the ingredients of the Palmolive shave sticks change over time or by country as we've seen with other classic products or were they fairly consistent over time?

I only tried 4 varieties , all produced good lather , but each one had a slightly different scent .

I used this little soap today after several months. What a great stick! I just love the scent which I find addictive. I caught myself sniffing it many times today. Performance is top-notch. I am happy I have a a few left in my stock.

I like the scent too, but the only one that I have is the last, #5.
