its just on a older kernel and its repo have a very short list of apps.

Take a look at how many packages I have installed.
I'm pretty happy where I am now. I stay up on the latest arch kernel. I did use a custom kernel for a while. 16 threads helped with that.

9/10 BBS

Using a sample of executive men, great familiar scent and very smooth and slick. Comparing it to Sheep and it feels almost the same during the shave. Did my usual 3 pass shave, got my BBS and now for Osy movie ideas.

Movie Idea : The Badger and Blade Job (The Badgeria Job sounds a bit force)

Synopsis : Osy was a member of a group of shavers who went after Concentrated Evil Thoms mass fortune of blades. Eric betrayed Osy and the other members and kept the entire heist himself. Years later, Osy forms his own team and is now taking back what belonged to them. Osy and Co will embark on an BBS adventure to bankrupot Eric and find out once for for all if he is a true GSBer. What will his stash of blads look like

Uncle Eric is practically an A++ Actor now, he has been in so many blockbuster movies and yet doesn't even PIF me any blades. I am gonna make him a villian in all my future movies and songs now!

Side Note : I still have your leg crossing scene in Basic Shaving, let me win a PIF or I will release it to the public in 4k

9/10 DFS

Relaxed and very good shave, today is one of those days where you have the day off and don't really want to shave but still have to, as I don't look so good with stubbles.

Tech and GSB are a tried and true combo, took no time to get a DFS and off to do some shopping. Proraso Green soap, it have its pros, however it is almost the same price as Sterling, and I always forget to order a Bleu tribute. I am more for the scent, both offer good protection and slickness, I have grown on Sterling so kinda prefer it now.

Happy Late and Beloved Merry Christmas and Happy New Years B&B!

Recap for 2024 :

Once again, relocation and dealing with housing and new work location.

Shaving experience leveled up, learned that prepping make shaving a lot easier and smoother.

Skills with straight razor still lacking, haven't dare take that step to go ATG.

My usual daily shave consist of now washing my face water and leave a damp warm or hot towel on mustache and neck for about 1 minute or two while I prep my brushes and razors. This step saves me from so much razor burn and cuts, also makes lathering a bit enjoyable.

For those who know me or understand my silliness on the forums, what have kept this Sith occupied? I started 2 MMO's after WoW, one was Throne and Libery, which I mentioned 2 or 3 months ago, and the other is what I call the most painful and P2W MMO i have ever encountered, yet I am addicted to it.

Happy 2025 my dear B&B uncles and possible some nephews!

Funny thing, I had the Personna 74 in a baseball card holder and it fell in the gap of the sink when I was packing, I was like "Damn, I wanted that to be the last Personna 74 when I grow old, I am breaking the sink if we can't fish it out, Roommate was like, O no, you are not, its only $10, sink cost more, I replied with But But, the history of it."

I fished it out after an hour or two.

What can I tell you Uncle Thom, I have gotten the pressure, angle, and grip down slightly. I am able to shave WTG with great difficulty and massive handshake, I am still moving at a very slow pace and unable to get a good time. As soon as I attempt fan ATG, I'm just glazing it on the surface, the one time I used pressure, there was that nasty cut.

To be fair, I only practice it on the weekends and my day off. 1 telltale sign on how bad I am is the lather on the other side will dry up and I would have to respray water or relather.

Its a skill issue, I had an easier with the Futur on level 6, I mean massively easier than with a straight. This tells me, I still have that fear from my previous cuts and nicks. Kinda reminds me of the time when I shelved my Lupo after it giving me horrible tenderness. I am not Anakin on straights, I am Jar Jar Binks

I had at one point borrowed a Dovo from a friend, used that 3 times, which is around a month, ordered a Kai Captain (enablement from a journal) and played around with that for a couple of times before returning it, and just returned the gold dollar straight. Its just not for me. I do however have plans to buy a used straight and actually keep it this time and hone it myself as I have all the honing items for EDC's which will work with straights.

As for the clone wars, there is no way Jar Jar is your favorite character, he is the funniest one, but even I find him annoying at times =D

Randomness : Going off my journal, with straights its been about 3 months, and I have probably shaved with it at most 10 times going thru 2 purchase and 1 loaner. This might differ depending on your lifestyle and age, As a teen and college student, disposals are great for me, with little to no stubbles, 1 disposables lasted me forever. Started working and with a bit more income, DE's are a luxury and gives great shaves but requires more time. Even my speed run record of 3 mins, can't compare to the 30 seconds of a disposables. As a busy working professional, at times its tough and would reach for disposables more, but I would have to make a pit stop during lunch time. Which reminds me, i lost my shiny blackbird on a trip. Now what was i gonna say, "if life and my work stays stable and constant, that is when i feel i can awakened to a full blown Sith Lord, more villianous than Palpatine and more powerful than concentrated evil!

He’s a lot more thoughtful and resourceful than most acknowledge. He pulled off a Jedi impersonation that was better than Anakin’s. At least in Clone Wars, he’s very kind-hearted, too.
