Not even once, somehow it has sparked my interest with so many talks and promotion of it, I might make a trip to bevmo to pick some up this week.
If I am gonna be affiliate with something, I gots to know how it taste and what the hype or hate is. Probably walked by in the past and never realize what it is.
I've also never tried one. As I'm on PTO this week, I may go to the beer place and buy a six (or however they come).

This is the drawback of a forum, you are exposed to so many things that you otherwise wouldn't know or care about. 1 year ago, I walked into a store, pick up disposables and a can of shave gel and was happy. I joined B&B, and well things and knowledge went overloaded. Each journal or post I read inspired me to want to try it and now they are enabling pizza, beers, wine cocktails, pens, watches, brushes, etc. too many to list.
Back to shaving knowledge :
This seems to be the best I can lather with a synth brush on hard and semi hard soaps, is this normal or a good lather?
Tabac, arko, and misc creams, I am able to get a more thicker lather with synthetic brush, just checking.
Can’t tell from looking. How was the shave? How did your skin feel after?

Shave is fine, no irritating burn with A/S, got my BBS. Skin feels normal, I lather multiple times with Fine platinum with badger and boar brush, today is the first I used the synthetic brush with this soap, I noticed it took me considerable longer amount to lather today hence I posted the question.
Lather still felt great,
Questioning myself if I did the badger and boar incorrectly or correctly.

Another one of my after work rants and using this journal to clock and check my time when I get home.
Really wanted to do a shave report just all out of gas and I am unable to channel goofy osyri to type something funny or tell a joke.
Sometimes work sucks the life and energy out of you, but Uncle Eric will probably call it winning in life. Sudden urge to start learning the guitar and join his studio =D

After my first pass, felt that the blade won't be fun doing a ATG with anymore, so I opt for a XTG instead. No touchups, nice and quick shave today.
Spent more time lathering the shave cream for science. While it is hard to tell on photos, I did have a much thicker and richer lather today with the synth brush and shave cream vs soaps.

I am so glad that you had a wonderful shave. Can I just say, I love your photo so much! Such a gorgeous display of shaving gear, presented for my viewing pleasure. I especially love that brush, you know I got one just like that Cayune Dark Nebula.
Also, I am glad you are enjoying your BB Shinny, you are very lucky to own such a truly wonderful razor. I personally have the BB Osprey, and I absolutely love my razor as well. Shane is just killing it over there, you know he put out a new razor already?
Johnny Cash will talk about that ring of fire, and it burns burns burns, that ring of fire, that ring of fire. Well, great innovation is the fire that burns, that bring so much joy to us wet shavers. Congrats @Osyri may your wet shaving joy increase, with each shave you do.
If there were such a thing as a "comfort shave" (like comfort food). A Ti Blackbird with a Wizamet would be my "Ribeye and scalloped potatoes"
