Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Been nursing and rehabbing a meniscus tear in my right knee and getting back to regular workouts.

Yesterday was a total body strength session with 3 rounds of Push, Pull Legs (PPL) using Nautilus equipment and resistance bands. Followed by 30 minutes of stationary cycling.

Today I did 3 rounds of KB goblet squats, swings and carries followed by 500 m each of concept 2 rowing and ski ergs. Finished with 30 minutes of MAF training on the elliptical.

Today i did some halfbutt march walks. These were done on and off throughout the afternoon and some i was able to do at my physical therapy appointment since it was a re-evaluation they wanted to do with me.
