Need a new lime aftershave

Been using Royal Lime after shave for a while now. At the end of the bottle. Looking for some others in the same vein but maybe a little more budget friendly. I'm sure there are some out there. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Make your own. Wash a couple of limes and zest them (grate the skin) into a small amount of alcohol (of your choice, I just used 90% isopropyl rubbing but it is very drying). Soak for 3-4 weeks. Then you can make what you like. I used 70% plain Witch Hazel, 20% lime (and black pepper, crushed black pepper corn works well too) alcohol and the rest was an aloe/glycerin lotion I had around. Filter and it works great! Don’t put oils in it, not even essential oils. That makes it sticky.

I made my own using essential lime oil from NOW Foods, Everclear grain alcohol, distilled water and glycerine. Easy to make, cheap and feels and smells great.
Try making your own lime scent with alcohol and fresh lime zest. What I like about it is that there is no sticky oil and it smells more natural and fresh. My only gripe is that the scent doesn’t linger very long.

I have tried a number of commercial lime aftershave and have only been happy with the scent of one - RazoRock Evil Eye Lime. The NOW Foods essential lime oil is the exact scent I love. I am sticking with what is working for me.
