My gratuitous Friday after-work shave was fantastic. It was a shave for the record book. My sense of smell is coming back, slowly. I can faintly smell The Reuzel Wood and Spice aftershave. I think I'll be able to enjoy Tabac on my next shave.
In other news: I got the results of the polyp removed from my colonoscopy. It was not cancerous. They said it was precancerous and had the potential to develop into cancer over time. This is a pretty routine diagnosis. I'm on the five-year plan for the next colonoscopy. This is great news, I'm not on the two-year plan, yay!

I'm glad I stayed with my Lupo 95 OC and Lord Platinum. I thought about going with my Lupo 95 SB. I'm happy I didn't. If it's not broken don't fix it.
This was my first shave using Tabac Aftershave Lotion. I was stunned. It mellowed into the same scent as Tabac shaving soap after the alcohol wore off. It may be a little powdery but Tabac! I should have bought this years ago I had no idea what I was missing.
Here I am feeling quite pleased with Tabac:

I'm still using the same lineup next week. I cleaned my Lupo 95 OC, I loaded it with a fresh New Lord Platinum. Tabac is still ruling my den in the fragrance department. I just found out they have a bath and body wash. One review said: Stinks like old grandpa shower gel, if it were possible, I would give 0 stars. That sounds promising.
In other news, I've been researching how to buy glasses online. I'm about to give it a go. Pictures and reviews will be forthcoming. This may be the only valuable option when I retire and live on a pension. Researching which razor to buy has come in handy. B&B is a great learning tool in this regard.
I've also been repainting our house. My wife said it needed to be done, do it. I'm currently scraping off old paint. I'm a third of the way with this step. I'm to the wasp nests that need removing. I think pictures should be forthcoming as well.

The bath and body wash is expensive. I may have to live with getting the deodorant for now.
Body wash and wash oil prices from Czech and Speake are insane otherwise I would have picked both up in Oxford and Cambridge.

I had a dream last night that I was reaching for Tabac aftershave lotion. I spilled three-quarters of the bottle onto the floor. I was panicked, and my first thought was to get to my computer to order more. My wife saw how distressed I was and offered to clean up the spill. I thanked her for cleaning it up. She said she liked the scent, a weird dream.
