I use a Goodfella open comb for my head with a Derby Green. It's a nice razor but since I can't see what I'm doing, I am not 100% satisfied with the results. Usually, I use a trimmer to get the hair down to stubble before shaving - then I get much better results.

I managed to score a double open comb razor (one where the top piece has open combs as well as the blade guard). I have yet to try this one but the design seems to be very sensible.
