Here we go:

Tiny: < or = 17mm.
Small: 18-22mm
Medium: 23-27mm.
Large: 28mm and up.

And not to be an a-hole, but I think tiny, small, medium, large differs on fiber type. Maybe not much difference between boar and badger, but synths generally feel smaller than they are due to the fiber. Just an observation. In badger my sweet spot is 19-23.
