Trigodon - Fortitudinem a Leonis (Strength of a Lion)

This is an Indian made synthetic brush, which I got for Christmas. Initially, I thought this would go into the SBOC thread given its small size, but the knot size is 23mm at a loft of 58mm, so the MBOC thread is the more appropriate one.

The Trigodon brush has the softest bristles of any of my brushes and lathers incredibly well. When the knot is wet, it looks a bit floppy but on application that is not the case. It has good backbone, doesn't hog lather but still manages to scoop up if needed. It's very well behaved and won't flick lather either. The handle is quite heavy. I'm not sure what metal it is made of, but it feels sturdy and of high quality. The shape is reminiscent of a doric column and it's not a very common handle shape. All in all, a lovely brush and probably very good for face lathering.
