I did not enjoy this weeks episode. It was too wacky with drug induced behavior. Who in the world leaves children alone in NYC? These characters are certainly self absorbed.

Pete is still creepy. I'm wondering after Roger's heart comment if he is lying dead in his office and nobody knows it yet. Probably not.

As soon as the "doctor" started describing his "medicine", I immediately said "Uh oh, Roger's gonna die in this episode." Fingers crossed that I'm wrong.

ooooooo and he did say "i have a heart condition" as he went in!

man that would suck! Roger is one of my favs.

I agree, Its lost something since Don Married Megan. Its still a good show compared to all the other stuff that passes for entertainment these days. I really like the flashbacks to Don's childhood and at least they kept that up.

I don't think there is anything to it, but an interesting short read:

Is Megan Draper actually Sharon Tate? Well, no, not exactly. But a theory making the rounds suggests that Megan might be a stand-in for the real-life actress who was brutally murdered in 1969. While it’s all speculation at this point, the similarities between Megan and Tate are clear — and Mad Men does seem to be heavily foreshadowing violence. Here are some of the most pressing clue

So I've watched for the past two weeks. I enjoyed it when Pete was called a "sour little man." Given the twist and turn of forgettable events, other than the sets, I don't think that the series has any redeeming social value. It had great potential when it started, though.

It just doesn't have the writing it used to. and anything that makes me want to tune in next week. Next season may be it's last.

It's just gotten weird with a lot of odd scenes that make me scratch my head and think "what the heck is going on?"

If next season is 1969, and given their penchant for including every historical event under the sun, I wonder how they will include (1) the Moon landing, (2) the Sharon Tate et al murders, and (3) Woodstock? All of these events occurred within a one-month period, yet we tend to think of them separately.
