I can't speak for Squire.
Saint Espresso smells similar to coffee, but doesn't taste of coffee IMHO.
Just like Cult BRM smells like cherries, but to me, has no cherry taste (a good thing AFAIAC).

I haven't tried either, but based on what I've heard, Cowboy Coffee doesn't actually taste or smell like coffee.
