The Sensor was my first razor, then Sensor Excel and then the Sensor 3. They were good razors. I binned my Sensor handle when I started DE shaving. I am kind of regretting doing that now. If I had to use air travel I would certainly use the disposable ones.

Yep, that's what did it. For some reason I could always get a better shave with Sensor Excel than Mach 3 Turbo; and I also noticed at that time after Mach 3 was introduced that the Sensor Excel blades had "changed" for the worst. Enter DE shaving, thanks Gillette.
But I've tried them all including the original Fusion and the Proglide manual versions. Didn't like the original Fusion, too bulky and blades would always clog with shaving soap/cream which meant a lot of rinsing. Proglide is better than the original Fusion but feels like I am mopping my face (no skills required) instead of shaving it. No masculine sound of facial hair being cut as DE shaves.
