In one scene the guy appears to have an all white/cream colored hone. But in the second closeup shot it looks like a black body with a light colored top. What gives?

The mods have to stop doing this. They cant just arrest any guy who has a bit of stubble and then drag him into the B&B headquarters where they forcibly try to shave him.
I knew my contributions would help to put more mods out on the streets, but I was hoping they could enforce shaving laws without violating stubble rights.
