Hello i'm a newbie to B&B and DE/SR shaving- am i doing something wrong ?

Thank you, some good points noted, i will try them on my next shave. How do i store the blade after use ? do i need to dismantle it from the holder/stick and leave it on the table or window sill or just leave it in there ?

If you shave daily, i would leave it in.....or if you want to take it out then it is OK too. The shave process is about beard hair reduction not removal.
