Long sleeve UnderArmour Heat Gear t shirts. Yes, wearing the sleeves is cooler than bare arming it. I wear them while riding in the Texas summer heat.

I like that. I'm not sure I trust myself enough to build my own device that pumps water around an electrical appliance, but quite nice.

I went to buy myself a simple fan from Big W yesterday (sort of a smaller version of Walmart) and the shelves were completely empty. An entire isle of empty shelving. Ah well, the weather has returned to normal levels for the next few days, so the urgency has been reduced. I remember when I was young, we put a wading pool in the living room, with a cool box full of ice and beer right next to it. I don't think that would fly where I am now.
