Last night’s technique refining shave
RazoRock Game Changer 0.68OC on PAA el Fantasma handle
Cloud Bruce Lee (1)
Damp facecloth aka “shave binky”
AP ShaveCo Beehive Titanium UHD 28mm synthetic brush
Pre-shave: a splash or two of hot water
Lather: BSS#1 unscented, face-lathered
Aftershave: Olm Nom
Post-shave: warm shower

and a drop of hyaluronic acid and a drop of glycerin
Post-shave: Equate moisturizer

Hot water splashes on face, rubbing puck on whiskers, and lathering with cold water seemed to do the trick. Though it wasn’t enough prep for me to use a Game Changer like an Overlander. Probably not enough to use an Overlander like an Overlander. Steep, shallow, neutral, j-hooks, and a little buffing got me close enough. Figured out how I might try this again next time.

The goal is a one blade fixed for a month or longer.
Day 14 was 2 pass shave with cleanup.
Close, comfortable and smooth+
The blade is still sharp and smooth, not as sharp as a new blade, but still sharp enough for a quality shave.

I think I put the scud on myself saying my blade was fine, it was slightly tuggy tonight. Not to worry I'll change it out for a fresh one next shave.
