I like the Fearther AC when I want to continue to have a "straight razor" shaving experience, but don't want to have the hones, lapping film, strops, CrOx etc with me. So, I use it most often at our cottage in Northern Michigan.
My tiny "shave Den" up north has the mirror right next to a window, so I look out and see the loons on the lake in the mortning. This is the biggest problem - keeping focused (as the Feather AC will bite if you if your mind wanders).
