I think it's a great deal, too. It really does look like new. I just got a 1960 Fatboy off of an ebay auction for $47 TTL. I know people get them for less, but hey, it looks practically brand new, and it shaves great!

Considering that a new Merkur retails in the $40-55 range, paying $49 for that condition razor was fair. People need to realize that spending $20-30 more for pristine condition is worth it... its not like you dropped $200-300 on a Fatboy.

In a year, you won't remember having spent $5 or $10 extra, but you'll still have and love that razor!
