More than a few vendors offer eliquid processed from cigars - Blonde from Want2Vape is extracted from and acid blond cigar for example.

Vapor4Life actually makes some pretty decent cigar flavors- Medium, Full-flavored, and Cuban. While I have never had a real Cuban cigar, I quite like it. The full-flavored is another favorite, but I have to be careful. It's very leathery and peppery, and packs a kick like a mean mule if you take too big of a hit.
