It's a cheap razor blade that cost maybe $0.30! Toss it, you've wasted more than it's worth in time just asking the question.
PITCH IT !!! It isn't even worth considering . . . hell, I throw out a blade just because it cut me. not the blade's fault, but I get rid of it anyway.
