Creed Aventus or a top notch clone?

Tried a sample and am in love with this. Unfortunately it's very, very, very, very expensive. Did i mention it's expensive?

So does anybody have a clone/copy or whatever you want to call it, alternative. I don't want something that's kinda like it want something that is like it. I've read online and there's a Alt #26, Absolutely! Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man, Mont Blanc Explorer??? just to name a few. Te thing I like about CA is the pineapple scent, some of these have more lemon/lime than Pineapple. Any suggestions?

I have Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man, parfum . It’s more lemon in the opening . But smells pretty close in the dry down. I don’t think most can tell the difference in the air. I think it lasts longer than creed aventus . I’ve only had the parfum version after hearing it’s better than the EDT

Don’t compromise. If a bottle won’t work, get a split. It’s strong and doesn’t take much. There’s also significant batch variation with Aventus.

I like L’aventure by Al Haramain more which is the other one I have
need to try the others one day

So many Stories of recent Creed Aventus not being up what it used to be ?
and I have had the real before and love it but prefer to save the coin and just as happy with the clones and they are in that same family but also unique

Ok I do really like the pineapple scent profile. Name one and convince me tonight cause this weekend i'm going out of town and there are places that carry it and I don't want to spend that much on EDT/EDP.

i ordered these two from Amazon and paid $8 more for the 6.8oz EDP then the 3.3oz EDP on one of them. If I don't either one or both being a prime member you can send it back within 2 months.

To my nose Supremacy for sure is more fruity than the L’Aventure and for my nose the real creed was more that pineapple which is not quite fruit not quite citrus ?
and the L’aventure is more citrusas the desc says than fruit and more woody to my nose

To the original or actual Creed for me nothing is exact clone but its very good

think of the best pizza you had and you go to another place that you are like WOW this is not quite like that other place but its also about the best pizza I have ever had

I am no scent expert but neither last all day I feel but could be nose blind but I have gotten the you smell nice half way through the day so must be some nose blind to me
I think those scents are not as all day long strong projection type scents

for lasting I find the Supremacy last longer but not by much But I wont be buying it again but I still love it and my wife always compliments it
as I just prefer the other ones I have trying to be creed like and still need to try a few more

again one of those tough to say as we each smell things dif but I have boughten a few clones blindly and am happy with all but a couple and at about $35 US at least its reasonable enough I figure

When reading reviews more love it than hate it so never going to be a for sure thing on any scent though

I am an avid Creed & Tom Ford collector (private blends) and while they are very expensive, I stick with the originals. I normally buy the 17oz or 35oz Creed scents because the value is so much better. I know most people can't just drop $1,400-$2,200 on cologne but if you can, it's worth it in my opinion. I have bought almost all of the different Creeds over the years but my main scents that I always have are Aventus, Royal Oud, Green Irish Tweed and Original Vetiver. I only buy certain batch codes because the scents and longevity can vary. It has taken a lot of trial and error to find the best ones. I have never found a clone of Aventus that I liked that was close enough to the original but it seems like several other gentlemen here have found some good ones so why not start with the cheaper clones first? I would if I could find one I like. I don't exactly enjoy dropping a lot of money on the different Creeds though.

Anyways, well I just pulled the trigger for $20, if anything else I can mix it with one of the others I ordered to achieve "max pineapple" scent.

I use Qaed Al Fursan for layering with my CDNIM, for the extra pineapple.

Well received the AL Haramain L'Aventure, smells great out of the gate, smelled great for about 30 minutes and then seemed to disappear to almost a "stick your nose on the skin" to smell anything. Maybe it's my skin or something. I know in my 20's that Parfumes lasted forever but out of the last 5 things i've tried, they just fade away. I will stand up for Versace Eros and Eros Flame, best so far for longevity.

I shower every other day because if daily, it dries my skin out even more and I don't sweat at all. So I dont know if my body chemistry has changed in 20 some years but just want something that can be smelled on me for more than half an hour.

PAA Doppleganger Grey, excellent clone and not expensive at all. I have the aftershave/cologne, it is a great clone but fades quickly. They have the full line of stuff same scent; shave soap, EDP, bar soap, solid cologne, deodorant

Yes I have a sample of it, it's great but for the EDP they want almost $50 for 30ml which is pretty expensive considering you can get 20 ML of the real deal for that amount.
