Tried it but found it too thick for my purposes. I plan on giving it a go once more (not because of this thread, by the way) to experiment longer, but if it stays the way I remember it, someone can look forward to receiving a little tub of the stuff.

I'd be more than happy to dispose of it for you.

I think this is a soft soap and i like it a lot but when I construct the lather smells odd, after this has a pleasant smells of almonds.

I like it a lot. It's a nice first step up from "drugstore soaps". The bowl has classic labeling and it's the color of a 1960's FERRARI 250 GTO !
A little 'superlather' experiment yesterday, added a wee bit of TOBS Sandalwood to lathering bowl and go to war Miss Agnes, that was a
G-R-E-A-T shave.

I bought this over the summer and have been very impressed with it. Very creamy and softens the beard better than most. I won't hunt snow monkeys without it.

I finally tried it....Next to Tabac, this might be one of the better values for a tallow soap. I got mine for about $10 at shoeboxshaveshop.com and I absolutely love it. Mild scent, great lather, good cushion. This will be part of my regular rotation for a long time. I think next time I buy some I'll buy the kilo (seriously)!

FWIW...no relation to the above link, just a pleased customer and a great deal.

After I bought it, it is the soap I use more often than any other. I even like it more than P160, which is somewhat similar. The only problem is that the red plastic tub it comes in is way to small for proper lathering. It should have a wider opening, and need not be soo deep. Of course, this is not a problem if you buy the 1kg pack and put a piece in a container of your own choice.
