What about if it were reachable by "elevated subway"?

Take a 1,2 or 3 train to Penn Station. Buy a round trip ticket on NJ Transit from NY Penn to Delawanna Station.

You will have to walk 0.6 miles (1 Km) to Rutt's. That's 12 short blocks in Manhattan. See ya there.

I don't think you understand how hard it is to get me to leave Soho. Getting on the subway is a stretch for me. Getting on a subway that is above ground just ain't gonna happen.

There are lots of tunnels. You won't even notice you're above ground.

Think of it as a Holodeck with a built in transporter.
