Nice looking bowl. I really like the textured sides. Does anyone know of any other makers of bowls with textured sides and/or bottoms? I have to imagine that they help build up lather.I just received my Jay's Clay bowl yesterday.

DirtyBird Pottery has a 'bill bowl' that has ridges in it (http://dirtybirdpottery.com/shavinggear.html)
What exactly is a bill bowl and what makes it different from other bowls? Couldn't figure it out by looking at it.
I think it's the inverted thumb loop for holding it securely in the palm.
Used my new Robert Becker scuttle for the first time. I picked it up from Robert last week while I was traveling in San Antonio (really nice guy btw!) which saved shipping and made the $32 price all the better.
What? He is in San Antonio? I just moved to San Antonio. I will have to do a web search and see what all he has to offer. I don't have any use for a scuttle, but I do want a nice lathering bowl.
Wow, that does look nice! Can I ask how much?

Hopefully, this will post with a picture (my first attempt to post a pic).
