Anyone else think that a 49,50, & 51 all fall within the margin of error for fabricating a 50mm loft? IMO, the minimum increment for loft should be 2mm, but too late for that now.

If it comes down to a close race though I think adding the votes for 49 & 51 to that for 50 should be considered.

This. My interpretation, you actually have to add 49-51 vs 53-55. Nevertheless, the lead is still held by 50mm.

Voted less than 49. I think around 45mm for a 24mm Premium Semogue knot would be an intriguing option not close to anything I'm aware of that is commercially offered. A face-lathering beast with soft tips once broken in.

After using a Semogue 620 (50mm loft) for quite a while now, I have to think the "Premium" bristle, which is softer than that used for the 620, would be great with a 50mm loft and 24mm diameter knot.

I'd like to get my hands on an 830 with a 50mm loft.
